Will definitely stay again . I stayed for 5 nights before going to motogp and will re- book for stop over couple of days

Location Room ( the suite is exceptional) Staff are very professional

The shower is shower bath combined in the suite .I would rather separate shower Or at least they need to extend the length of the shower hose so can still be used as a shower The hose is to short

Very spacious clean and the location middle of everything, no taxi needed. ASOK station next to the hotel and terminal 2

Clean and the location it’s great next to terminal 21 and ASOK station

The TVs outdated and the shower made for short people it’s bad.

Exceptional!

The view from the 29th floor was amazing. The apartment space, the service, the pool and the breakfast were second to none. Our proximity to everything was fantastic. We loved booking this luxury at the end of our trip.

It is great location and worth with money. Without the old lady at reception, I would rate 10/10.

The breakfast place is not big, however views (next to windows) are nice. Food is delicious and service is impressive and friendly.

The staff at receptionist. There is one old lady who is unfriend at all and with no service minded. I tried to ask for a contact for hotel corporate and banquet for conference, she replied very coldly that this hotel has no salesperson contact. If I want, I have to write and email to center.

Mainly generosity of the hotel staff, cleanliness & location. It’s a package of value for money.

I think the hotel should concentrate on more tech advancement. Like, there was no iPhone cord pointer & also swimming pool water should be warm. It was too cold.

If I would ever visit Bangkok I would stay in this hotel.

Perfect location, located next to Terminal 21 intersection, mall and metro station, and also walking distance to Benchasiri Park and Emporium shopping mall. Staff is very pleasant. This is apartment type of hotel, rooms are large, windows are on the full wall, they have dishes so person can fix the meal at the room. Also they have self service laundry room. There is a pool and jacuzzi but is cold, but the pool area is nice, they have lounge chairs and tables.

They need to invest in new beds and better coffee pots.

Excellent Location

Excellent location a few minutes from both BTS and MRT. Huge apartment room on corner 16th floor, great views from bathroom while showering. Good gym. Very friendly cleaning staff, supplied me with extra shower gel. Great deal.

The whole pool area is in the shade most of the day, the rooms haven't been updated since at least the 1990s it seems

Disappointing - look for better value elsewhere

Hotel is convenient for transport links and shopping/eating places on Sukhumvit Road. Staff were nice (when you saw them) and helpful in giving me a room earlier than the normal check-in time.

This was very disappointing overall and certainly not worth the 4* rating or the prices paid. You can find much better for much less money in the vicinity. I had a 'tired' room which, although clean, was old-fashioned and in need of a serious update (for example, loose and creaking flooring in the bedroom; a shower fitting that dumped loads of water on the bathroom floor regardless of how it was positioned; very noisy air conditioning). I specifically booked the hotel for the sauna and steam facilities, but the sauna was so small you could hardly get in and turn round (alone!) and the 'steam room' was the sauna with water dumped on the coals. The pool was cold and uninviting, and I never even found the jacuzzi. Breakfast was also of low quality.

Happy Days

Helpful staff, excellent room, had good food in my room a few times .Its quite close to soi cowboy so probably not great for families although you don't have to go there. Terminal 21 shopping mall is a few hundred meters away for shopping and eating out, easy access for money exchange, Atm's and a 7-11. RSM muay thai gym is 100 meters away also.

Didn't like the shower, maybe Im a bit picky

Excellent Choice in Central Location

Excellent location at intersection of subway & BTS. Big rooms, incl. nice kitchen. The front desk staff are very friendly, and stored my luggage from noon until past 10pm, and it was no problem to change clothes from my luggage around 5pm. Nice pool area although unfortunately it's in the shade much of the day.

Would be nice to have a weight scale in the gym, as well as sweat towels. Would also be nice if the treadmill has an option for metric system, instead of only miles and pounds.

Reception staff should listen to customer more.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet

Poor communication between the front desk and the booking department and the inability of the receptionists to listen to the customer would have resulted in part of my group having to leave their room and be charged for staying beyond checkout time if I wasn't there to intervene. An apology for the mix-up or a free breakfast would have helped. Unlike the photos on booking.com both the rooms were decorated in drab browns and could have used some color, however, they were spacious.

Empire Strikes Back.

Nice spacious suite with basic cooking facilities close to pool and hotel facilities. Complimentary mocktale and water was good. Room clean.

I recall some bits were a bit tired. I think it was slightly expensive for what you got especially if you stayed a while but much cheaper than a top end hotel with comparable amenities.

New management is cheap and inhuman

The actual facilities are nice. As is the case in most of Thailand, the staff tend to be polite, thoughtful, and competent.

Our flight arrived in the morning and we requested early check-in from booking.com with no response. Check in time is 2pm but we were informed that they would allow check in at 12. That's fine, but it was 9am and my wife was sick and we asked if we could check in a few hours earlier. Nope. We had to pay for a full night extra in order to do that. So, we did (she was really unwell) and we got a room... Which tells me that they had an open room that wasn't going to sell anyway. Then, when we asked for an extra towel, they charged us another 30 baht. Most of the amenities that were available on previous stays were missing, which suggests to me that the new manager the kind of penny pinching, penny-wise, pound-foolish, short-sighted, greedy troglodyte who has ruined so many other "hospitality" businesses in Asia. It's not about the extra charges, really. It's about being human. We had another upcoming stay, but we cancelled it and booked the Continental instead. Too bad that the new manager is ruining this place. The facilities are fairly nice. Oh, also, why did they remove the minibar?
