Business Trip

Location is excellent. Lot of good restaurants and Bars within walking distance. Front office staff very polite and efficient. Jasmine is normally my preferred hotel when in Bangkok.

The bath towels needs better softener procedure when washed. Very rough. I had stayed for a week and Housekeeping staff do a not clean the tea cups or used glasses which is the normal practice in every hotel. The room was not swept for the entire week, a lot of dust accumulation on the floor. They do the basic changing of sheets. This area needs improvement.

Not the most helpful staff but would stay here again.

Location and room were great. Very comfortable and secure.

Front desk staff were somewhere between unhelpful and rude - potentially because of limited English.

Excellent Hotel

Loved absolutely everything about this property. Ploy a charming young lady checked us in and we received an upgrade. Breakfast excellent as so many choices. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and Gym all excellent Facilities are great. We are returning in March, thankfully so!! So very central for everyone. Massive Terminal 21 shopping mall very good. So many choices right at the door of the hotel. No complaints only praise.

Spacious room

Giant room, lots of space for a family to have their own personal time away from each other during the trip. With two separate bathrooms, getting ready was more simple. Washing machine was located inside our room, making laundry a simple task. Needed to byo laundry power though. There's room to hang the laundry inside the bathroom, with the handy laundry line that pulls out to clip onto the other side of the bathtub wall. Close to the subway and BTS stations allowed convenient access to all the popular tourist destinations without a problem. Lots of variety in the buffet breakfast, love the fresh Thai soup noodles cooked by the chef and choose your own toppings.

The swimming pool is on the smaller side and is the same depth (around 1.5m) throughout so was a bit deep for our smallest traveller. Otherwise the hotel does provide kickboards and they have a jacuzzi with a view next to the pool.

Great location, Great Hotel. Will definitely book again!

The hotel is conveniently located if you're after shopping as it a roughly a 20 min walk to the major centers. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby if nightlife is what you are after. In general, a good reasonably priced hotel with a great breakfast! Well worth booking!

Will definitely stay again . I stayed for 5 nights before going to motogp and will re- book for stop over couple of days

The shower is shower bath combined in the suite .I would rather separate shower Or at least they need to extend the length of the shower hose so can still be used as a shower The hose is to short

It is great location and worth with money. Without the old lady at reception, I would rate 10/10.

The breakfast place is not big, however views (next to windows) are nice. Food is delicious and service is impressive and friendly.

The staff at receptionist. There is one old lady who is unfriend at all and with no service minded. I tried to ask for a contact for hotel corporate and banquet for conference, she replied very coldly that this hotel has no salesperson contact. If I want, I have to write and email to center.

The view from the 29th floor was amazing. The apartment space, the service, the pool and the breakfast were second to none. Our proximity to everything was fantastic. We loved booking this luxury at the end of our trip.

Close to Terminal 21/ASOK BTS, best service provided, furniture a bit dated.

Personnel was super polite and helpful. Have not experienced this service anywhere else during my long travels throughout Thailand. Special shout out to this young man who went above and beyond, I just dont know his name but you will recognize him when you encounter with him. From helping me unload with kids from the taxi to helping me with the dryer to opening the doors. Just give this guy a promotion. l floor had a kids area which was well maintained, clean and extensive. With airco of course. Gym was just a hotel gym. Could maintain my strength. Breakfast area personnel was super helpful by getting me kids chairs and kids tableware every morning. Amazing view from the breakfast area. Good coffee options as well. Breakfast itself was good, wide variety from western to thai and japanese. Location superb, 5 min walk to Terminal 21. Room was spacious as well and had a washing machine. Next to the hotel was the Jasmine building which had a supermarket, atm, boots and some restaurants. Really convenient. I had this amazing view over the Terminal 21 crossing and sunset which was lovely.

Room had this piss smell and I was uncertain if this came from the sewer system. Floor in the room was super slippery, I hold my heart for elder folks who might slip. You could see that the furniture was a bit dated and could freshen up a bit.

We had a room on 11 th floor…. Very very noisy location of the hotel. The trafic in front of it,can be heard all night long. Breakfast below average…

Good overall

The hotel was ideally located in Sukhumvit, the room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and the TV was huge. The staff was amazing (cleaners,breakfast, reception etc…) I loved the view from the jacuzzi.

Doesn’t have a 5* hotel vibe and feeling at all Rooms are getting a bit outdated No mats in the gym for stretching
